"Sustainability is the key word that always grabs my attention. For a biologist who is interested in sustainable food production with innovative solutions, Greenfish has a lot of offers on the table. So when I first read about it, I realized that it would be the place that I want to invest in my career development in sustainable aquaculture while working in a family friendly atmosphere in Switzerland. The daily work in such a company is both challenging and diverse which is my motivation to keep going, learn and never feel bored with my daily routine. For me it is ideal and ambitious to have the opportunity to bring in new ideas for company development and have a positive impact both on society and the environment. Integrating seaweed/microalgae into the shrimp farming system is something that fascinates me the most as it can close the loop and push us toward a fully sustainable system while opening up more opportunities from a business perspective. Now as I think, it is quite funny that I always wanted to live and work in tropical countries as I do scuba diving but during my journey, I have always ended up in north europe from Scandinavia and now in the Alps country." Aus dem hohen Norden also direkt zu uns in die Anlage im Rheintal: Wir freuen uns, Mohammadreza als neues Mitglied im Team willkommen zu heissen. Bei uns wird er sein Know-How primär in die Optimierung unserer bestehenden Arbeitsabläufe einbringen. Dabei ist es wichtig, dass er sämtliche Prozesse und auch biologischen Vorgänge des Systems versteht.
Zusätzlich wird aber auch er sein Wissen noch vertiefen und seine Masterarbeit zum Abschluss seines MSc Biological Oceanography zusammen mit uns erarbeiten. Das Thema wird noch definiert... aber wir werden Sie als Leser/in definitiv darüber auf dem Laufenden halten.
